Consultations - by Appointment

Consultations are by appointment only. It is preferable to make appointments online. If you do not have internet access, you may also call the office at 02/425 21 87.

Every morning from 8h, additional slots become available. If no online appointments are available on the same day and it is urgent, contact the office at 02/425 21 87.

Please be on time, otherwise, we cannot guarantee your appointment. If you are coming with more than one person, please book multiple appointments. If you are unable to attend, please let us know so someone else can take your place.

During the consultation, we try to provide enough prescriptions for your chronic medication until the next appointment. If you need a prescription, it is best to make an appointment at the practice.
You must also book a consultation for the issuance of sick leave certificates, physiotherapy certificates, and other certificates.
We will not issue prescriptions or certificates via email or phone.

This can sometimes be inconvenient for our patients, as it may seem unnecessary to come in for these matters. However, during a consultation, we can better monitor medication use. It is also often a good opportunity for preventive medicine, and it limits our administrative burden at the end of a consultation day.

Insurance survey

We no longer conduct insurance surveys for various reasons.

House calls

Come to the consultation if at all possible. In our practice, we have all our examination tools at hand and can better assist you. We also have limited time available for home visits.

We therefore only conduct home visits in exceptional cases when coming to the practice is not possible (very elderly, less mobile, or seriously ill patients), and only within walking distance of the practice. Home visits must be requested before 9h in the morning.
